Day 56 - still at Barge Park....

Day 55 - Oruaiti Chapel, c1859
Believed to be the world's smallest Methodist Chapel, this building was moved to Barge Park from Doubtless Bay, North of Whangarei. The octagonal chapel was built in 1859 from a single kauri log and services are still held here on special occassions.

Day 54 - a visit to Barge Park where you will find old buildings, gardens, wild-life in the shape of birds and much much more....

Day 53 - back in Whangarei at the Quarry Arts Centre

Day 52 - a visit to Auckland - 1st photo taken from the top of One Tree Hill and second photo of nice looking dog in Cornwall Park

Day 51 - a car show, a sculpture symposium and a dance exhibition today...busy busy

Day 50 - I have one Magnolia flower on my tree but the wind has been blowing hard, so before it has disappeared.....

Day 46 - out and about in Whangarei this week - hope to photograph buildings around town. Today it is the old Library. I don't like the shadow across the building but it was the only time I could get out with my camera

Day 45 - Out and about in Whangarei and another visit to the Quarry Gardens

Day 44 - A trip out to Whangarei Heads, stopping off at the little bays along the way.

Day 43 - a confession. I have been so busy today with still heaps to do I am putting on a photo that I took a couple of days ago. It will round off my green week.
